• Operates, monitors and controls system-wide output.
• Starts, stops and manages steam boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers and HVAC equipment.
• Performs minor campus projects including pipefitting, mechanical equipment, electrical circuits and painting.
• Responds promptly to safety concerns and assists other trades with maintenance tasks.
