Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our growing manufacturing team at the Erie facility in Fairview, PA. You will own the mold build process from planning through final inspection and mold tryout, working with high-precision tooling for top-tier customers.

Your background includes a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read complex drawings. Ten years of mold-making experience and Red Seal certification are preferred, with a high school

Qualifications

• Mold building, assembly, repair, and validation experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts safely.

Responsibilities

• Build, fit, assemble, and repair injection molds from start to finish.
• Perform final inspections, document work, and maintain traceability.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions.
• Develop mold build plans and verify components.
• Identify tooling concerns and communicate improvements.
• Maintain documentation and status across shifts.
