Job summary

SyBridge Technologies in Winchester, TN is seeking an experienced Mold Maker to join our precision manufacturing team. You will work with molds used in high-volume production, inspect components, assemble and align molds, and ensure tooling meets strict quality standards in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes reading engineering drawings, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Strong attention to detail and years of mold-making experience are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ten (10) years of mold-making experience.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform final inspection and document work.
Fit, assemble, and verify mold components and tooling.
Repair molds used in mass production.
Operate overhead crane and forklift to move molds and components.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety procedures.
Record actions and communicate requirements across shifts.
