Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Master Mechanic in Erlanger, KY to diagnose and repair vehicles across multiple brands. You will work on newer fleets, perform warranty work, and help ensure safety and reliability for customers.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, ASE certifications (3+), a complete tool set, and the ability to obtain additional ASE credentials within the first year. On-site shop environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (minimum 3), with ability to gain 2 more in year one.
• Strong knowledge across Engine Repair, Drivetrain, Brakes, Electrical, HVAC and engine performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex automotive repairs, including warranty work, on a wide range of makes and models.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, exhausts, brakes, electrical and climate control systems.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians and share best practices.
