Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Master Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles across a diverse fleet, ensuring safety and customer-ready reliability. You will work with newer vehicles, apply expertise across brands, and potentially mentor peers while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

The position requires ASE credentials, a valid license, and a minimum of three years of professional auto repair experience. On-site work with benefits and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (minimum of 3) with ability to acquire 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex automotive repairs including warranty work across a wide range of makes and models.
• Diagnose and repair engines, drivetrains, brakes, electrical, heating/AC, and computer systems.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians and support shop performance.
