Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support customers across the DC/MD market. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, build lasting customer relationships, and participate in training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC service.
• Maryland journeyman license or eligible (exam prep paid)
• EPA Universal Certification required or pending
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, split systems (50 ton+), VRF, heat pumps, hydronic and low-pressure steam boilers, pumps, cooling towers and chillers.
• Run scheduled maintenance on your own accounts.
• Create professional service reports and communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
• Quote repairs and flag replacements; your work counts toward metrics.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician$36 to $44/hr plus overtime | Take-home van | Maryland Journeyman License SupportWe’re seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support customers throughout the DC/MD market.If you're the type of technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of your accounts, and would rather diagnose the issue than swap parts and move on, you'll fit right in.
