Qualifications

• Must have General Motors experience.
• At least 3+ years of automotive dealership, repair experience.
• ASE certifications (A1–A8, L1, or L3) and/or manufacturer certifications.
• Experience with EV and hybrid vehicle systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a flat-rate environment and meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.
• Maintain productivity levels in a flat rate pay structure.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems.
• Follow all safety protocols, especially with high-voltage EV components.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
