You'll showcase craftsmanship with precise caulking, flawless finishes, and proactive site analysis, while maintaining safety and organization on every job. Travel up to 20% and a strong commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on glazier or custom shower door installation experience.
• Master-level caulking skills with extreme attention to aesthetic detail and clean finishes.
• Proven ability to think critically, anticipate workflow steps, and solve structural job-site challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly interact with contractors, homeowners, and project teams.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius.
