Job summary

H.J. Martin and Son is seeking a Shower Door & Mirror Installer to install shower doors and mirrors in our residential division. You will provide outstanding service to customers and perform professional installations at the customers’ property.

Advancement opportunities may exist as work ethic and expertise are established. You should be capable of installing various glass configurations safely, read blueprints and layouts, and follow direction from the division leader.

Qualifications

• Construction and/or glass installation experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to multi-task, work in a team setting, and meet deadlines.
• Must be detailed oriented and reliable.
• Express an eagerness and willingness to learn and receive instruction from project leader.
• Applies common sense with an understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
• A valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install various glass configurations safely, including shower doors and mirrors.
• Read and understand blueprints, construction plans and layouts.
• Provide outstanding service to customers during installation.
• Follow paperwork and direction from division leader; do not make assumptions.
• Support team members to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the business.
