Job summary

Bosun in Dallas is seeking a skilled Residential Glass Installer to join our growing team. You will install custom glass in residential homes across Dallas and surrounding areas, working with a two-person crew to ensure precise, high-quality results and professional customer service.

This role requires 3+ years of glazing or glass installation experience; frameless shower doors are strongly preferred. Familiarity with mirrors, cabinet glass, and glass shelves is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of glazing or glass installation experience; approx. 1 year may qualify for strong candidates.
• Experience with frameless shower doors strongly preferred.
• Familiar with mirrors, cabinet glass, glass shelves and other custom products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills for residential environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install custom glass products in residential homes across Dallas and surrounding areas.
• Operate framing, glazing tools, and ensure proper alignment and finishing caulk lines.
• Work as a two-person installation crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Protect homes with booties and drop cloths; communicate professionally with homeowners.
