Job summary

Role Description

The Mirror and Shower Enclosure Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Englewood, CO. This role involves installing framed and frameless shower doors, glass panels, and mirrors in residential new construction and remodel projects, following specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines. The installer reviews work orders and drawings, measures openings, prepares materials, and uses hand and power tools to complete installations accurately and efficiently. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, traveling to job sites, coordinating with site supervisors and other trades, and documenting completed work. The role also requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, identifying and reporting issues, and providing professional, courteous service to builder partners.

Qualifications

• Possess strong glass installation and carpentry-related skills, including measuring, cutting, and fitting mirrors and shower enclosures.
• Demonstrate proficiency with hand and power tools and safe material handling practices.
• Exhibit solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Maintain reliable time management, organization, and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Show effective communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, builders, and team members.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting glass panels, standing for extended periods, and working in various site conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for traveling to job sites.
