You will analyze site conditions, execute precise join lines, and ensure flawless finishes while maintaining safe, clean job sites and operating company vehicles on local and regional projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on glazier or custom shower door installation experience.
• Master-level caulking skills with extreme attention to aesthetic detail and clean finishes.
• Proven ability to think critically, anticipate workflow steps, and solve structural job-site challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius.
