Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Master-level Technician in Phoenix to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet vehicles from light to heavy-duty segments. You may work solo or with a team, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of related experience, and preferably a Master ASE certification. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Master Level ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV requirements.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and lifts up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and a wide range of repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with high customer satisfaction.
• Work independently or in a team while maintaining safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and scheduling when needed.
• Maintain vehicle history and records, and ensure compliance with DOT/CDL where applicable.
