The Nest Beauty Services is seeking a skilled Master Esthetician to provide advanced facial treatments in a calm, professional studio setting. You will conduct skin analyses, tailor treatment plans, and educate clients on home care to achieve lasting results.

Qualifications

• Current Master Esthetician License in Utah.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with advanced facial treatments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, protocols, and skin conditions.
• Experience with professional skincare lines (e.g. Glymed, Skin Script, etc.).
• Passionate about helping clients achieve real results through education and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial treatments and skincare protocols.
• Conduct skin consultations and analyze skin type.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate clients on home care.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Recommend appropriate retail skincare products.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay current on industry trends, ingredients, tools, and best practices.
