Job summary

The Nest is seeking a Lash & Brow Specialist to deliver classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow services in a welcoming studio. You will consult with clients to tailor results, maintain a clean, and safe space, and educate on aftercare while building lasting relationships.

Applicants should hold a Utah esthetician license, have lash/brow experience, and may have advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician in Utah.
• 1+ year of hands-on lash/brow experience preferred.
• Advanced lash/brow certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and client care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions.
• Perform lash lifts and tints.
• Shape, lamination, and tint brows.
• Consult with clients to tailor results.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment space.
• Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations.
• Encourage rebooking and referrals.
• Stay current on trends and safety best practices.
