Job summary

The Nest is seeking a Lash & Brow Specialist to deliver classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow services in a welcoming studio. You will consult with clients to tailor results, maintain a clean, and safe space, and educate on aftercare while building lasting relationships.

Applicants should hold a Utah esthetician license, have lash/brow experience, and may have advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician in Utah.
• 1+ year of hands-on lash/brow experience preferred.
• Advanced lash/brow certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and client care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions.

Job description

As a Lash & Brow Specialist at The Nest, you will provide expert lash and brow services in a calm, nurturing environment. Your attention to detail, artistry, and ability to make clients feel at ease will help build trust and long-lasting relationships. This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician with advanced training in lash extensions, lifts, brow laminations, and tinting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional lash and brow services including:

Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions

Lash lifts and tints

Brow shaping, lamination, and tinting

Consult with clients to determine desired results and customize services

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked treatment space

Educate clients on aftercare and recommend appropriate retail products

Build relationships with clients and encourage rebooking and referrals

Stay current on trends, techniques, and safety best practices

Contribute to a supportive, team-focused work environment

Qualifications:

Valid Esthetician License in the State of Utah

1+ year of hands-on experience with lash extensions and brow services preferred

Advanced certification(s) in lash and/or brow treatments a plus

Strong attention to detail, precision, and hygiene

Passionate about enhancing natural beauty

Excellent communication and client care skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a steady schedule
