Qualifications

• Current Master Esthetician License in Utah.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with advanced facial treatments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, protocols, and skin conditions.
• Experience with professional skincare lines (e.g. Glymed, Skin Script, etc.).
• Passionate about helping clients achieve real results through education and treatment.

Job description

As a Master Esthetician at The Nest, you will provide elevated, customized facial services and advanced skincare treatments. You’ll use your expertise in skin health, client care, and high-performance modalities to help guests achieve visible, lasting results in a relaxing environment. This is an ideal role for someone who is skilled, nurturing, and passionate about both holistic and clinical skincare.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced facial treatments, such as:

Chemical peels

High-frequency and LED light therapy

Extractions and custom protocols based on skin type/concerns

Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis

Develop personalized treatment plans and educate clients on home care

Maintain high sanitation and safety standards at all times

Recommend appropriate retail skincare products

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Stay current on industry trends, ingredients, tools, and best practices

Contribute to a calm, professional, and collaborative studio culture

Qualifications:

Current Master Esthetician License in the State of Utah

1+ years of hands-on experience with advanced facial treatments preferred

Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, protocols, and skin conditions

Experience with professional skincare lines (e.g. Glymed, Skin Script, etc.)

Passionate about helping clients achieve real results through education and treatment
