Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Master Electrician) to lead electrical maintenance operations across hospital facilities. The role requires expertise in generator systems, UPS, ATS logic, switchgear, and VFDs, with a valid Master Electrician license.

You will supervise a team of journeymen and helpers, coordinate repairs, review renovation plans, and ensure safety and compliance on-site at Clements University Hospital.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with 3 in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of multiple trades and coordinating maintenance teams.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise journeyman and helpers.
• Inspect systems and determine maintenance needs.
• Develop policies and procedures for the area.
• Maintain time and attendance records.
• Estimate job time and materials.
