Qualifications
- Licensed Master Electrician with Tennessee permit-pulling ability.
- Extensive residential install experience incl. service upgrades and large load additions (heat pumps, EV chargers).
- Familiar with modern panel tech—smart panels, splitters, sub-panels; competent load calculations.
- Comfort with older homes and legacy wiring; multi-trade coordination with HVAC teams.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical infrastructure to support heat pump systems with high quality.
- Perform load calculations and design code-compliant solutions.
- Upgrade main electrical panels and sub-panels as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot on-site and perform repairs with precision.
- Coordinate with HVAC crews to keep jobs moving.
