Job summary

Baltimore Air Coil (BAC) is seeking an experienced Electrician to lead electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation across our plant operations. You will guide maintenance staff, implement improvements, and ensure safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Master Electrician licensure (or ability to obtain), hands-on PLC/VFD skills, and a strong background in industrial electrical systems and Lean practices. Shift flexibility and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Master Electrician license preferred.
• Industrial electrical experience, troubleshooting and repair in manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical maintenance and capital projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and controls.
• Design, install, document, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and develop documentation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing standards.
