Job summary

Albaugh, LLC is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment across the manufacturing facility. The role reports to the Controls Engineer Supervisor and emphasizes safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a technical electrical certification, and at least 3 years of manufacturing electrician experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical Degree or Electrical Certification.
  • 3 years' experience as an electrician in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
  • Construct, test, maintain, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and mechanical systems.
  • Repair electrical/electronic equipment, instruments, control systems, and motor controls.
  • Consult manuals and schematics to troubleshoot equipment and determine optimal functioning.
  • Welding for repair and fabrication.
  • Prepare records detailing tests, repairs, requests, and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist with training on installation and troubleshooting techniques for maintenance staff.
  • Troubleshooting: identify causes of errors and actions to resolve.
  • Interpret National Electrical Codes and size wiring for installations.
