Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead residential electrical operations in Northern Colorado. The ideal candidate holds a Colorado Master Electrician License and brings strong field leadership to guide technicians, ensure code compliance, and drive department growth.

You will oversee daily tasks, mentor apprentices, read blueprints, and coordinate with HVAC teams to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum 5 years as licensed electrician; management experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience and knowledge of NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead residential installations, repairs, and upgrades including panels and EV chargers.
• Coordinate with HVAC installations and associated electrical work.
• Provide technical guidance to electricians, apprentices, and crews.
• Mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes; review blueprints and specs.
• Support permitting, inspections, and company standards; manage scheduling with teams.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.
