Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Code Compliance Project Manager to lead code compliance inspections and plan reviews, coordinate project teams, and mentor building inspectors.

Qualified candidates will hold a Maryland Master Electrician license, ICC B2/M2/P2/E2 or obtain within 6 months, and a valid driver’s license; ECS offers ESOP, a 401(k) with up to 4% match, tuition assistance, and competitive bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in code compliance inspection or construction industry.
• Maryland Master Electrician license required.
• ICC certification: B2, M2, P2, E2 or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Manage code compliance projects, review plans, provide technical support, conduct inspections and monitor progress and budget.
• Mentor and train other building inspectors.
• Assist with client development, marketing, and business development related to code inspections.
