Job summary

EOLA Power is expanding its Electrical Contracting division in Florida and seeks a Master Electrician to lead field operations and drive growth. You will supervise installations, oversee safety and code compliance, and build a high-performing team focused on UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial electrical experience, strong NEC knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current and active Master Electrician License in Florida.
  • 10+ years of commercial electrical installations experience, with focus on critical power systems (UPS, transfer switches, generators).
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.

As we expand into electrical contracting services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician to lead and grow this new department. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business while contributing to mission-critical projects.


Job Summary

The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of EOLA Power’s Electrical Contracting services while actively performing electrical work in the field. This includes managing commercial electrical projects, supervising installations, ensuring compliance with all safety and code regulations, and building a team to execute high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial electrical work, particularly in critical power systems such as UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.


Key Responsibilities



  • Hands-On Field Work:



    • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs for critical power systems, including UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in the field.

    • Serve as the primary technical expert on critical power installations and upgrades.



  • Lead the development and growth of the Electrical Contracting division.

  • Build and manage a team of electricians and apprentices.

  • Develop strategies to expand our electrical contracting services.

  • Plan and execute electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, local building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular safety training and site inspections.

  • Obtain and maintain necessary permits and licenses for projects.

  • Provide expert-level knowledge and troubleshooting for electrical systems, particularly critical power installations.

  • Support the sales and engineering teams with technical insights during project planning and customer consultations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Represent EOLA Power in a professional and knowledgeable manner.


Qualifications


  • Must hold a current and active Master Electrician License in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one.

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical installations, with a strong preference for critical power systems (UPS, transfer switches, generators).

  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing large-scale electrical projects.

  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.


Preferred Experience


  • Experience in critical power installations, including data centers, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities.

  • Familiarity with electrical contracting business operations, including estimating, procurement, and project planning.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $75,000K - $90,000K
