Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Spokane, WA is hiring a MasterLevel Diesel Technician for the second shift (1:30 pm–10:00 pm). Earn $40 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, PTO from day one, and a 401(k) match.

Certification bonuses and quarterly incentives are available, with growth and veteran-support programs. Required are strong diagnostic and repair skills, ASE certification preferred, and the ability to pass DOT/Background checks; valid CDL-A is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical certification preferred.
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Instruct and mentor other technicians as needed.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies.
