Qualifications

• Must perform all T3 tasks and demonstrate advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse, etc.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work shift/weekends as required.
• Must obtain CDL within 6 months and pass drug/physical tests.

Responsibilities

• SBTIII trained within 180 days; complete OEM diagnostic courses as needed.
• Perform standard and preventive vehicle maintenance and complex repairs.
• Diagnose electronic/mechanical problems using diagnostic tools.
• Coach/mentor other technicians and support shop management.
• Operate shop computers and maintain documentation in the system.
