Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred.
• Basic tools required for the job.
• CDL CLASS A preferred; ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy‑duty diesel engines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, AC, and after‑treatment components.
• Complete OEM diagnostic courses as required by location.
• Coach/mentor other technicians and assist with shop procedures.
• Operate shop computers and diagnostic test equipment proficiently.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT and company guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair needs clearly.

Education
