Coastal Waste & Recycling in Florida is seeking a Diesel Technician A (Master Technician) to diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain our heavy-duty fleet. You’ll work independently on trucks, refuse vehicles, and related equipment, using advanced diagnostics and welding as needed.

As a senior member of the Fleet Maintenance team, you’ll mentor Diesel Technician B and C, partner with leadership on maintenance priorities, ensure safety and DOT compliance, uphold workmanship standards across our

Formación

• Five (5) or more years of heavy-duty diesel technician experience.
• Medium/Heavy Truck Master ASE Certification.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; must provide tools.
• Class A CDL and OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and related fleet equipment.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Mentor Diesel Technician B and C team members.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and proper documentation.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and field repairs.
