Qualifications

• 4+ years of die making experience or equivalent apprenticeship completion.
• Experience in manufacturing environments as Die Maker or Tool & Die Maker.
• Ability to read blueprints and use CAD/CAM concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of G-Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, CNC machines and grinders to shape dies.
• Test and inspect dies to ensure they match design specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to plan operations.
• Fit and assemble parts to make or modify dies, gauges and tools.
• Lift and position heavy machine parts safely and accurately.
