Job summary

HellermannTyton Corporation is seeking a Master Data Analyst to coordinate North America master data governance, ensuring high-quality, trusted data across ERP and BI platforms. You’ll work with business data stewards, IT, and reporting teams to define, maintain, and enhance data attributes, processes, and quality.

You will contribute to ERP master data execution, governance compliance, and reporting design enablement while supporting corporate policies and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or ERP data support.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, data analytics, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).
• Experience partnering with business data stewards and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts, attributes, hierarchies, reference data, and data quality.
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics initiatives (ERP reporting and/or BI tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate NA master data governance activities across key domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, Material, Location).
• Partner with data stewards to maintain master data standards, ownership, and accountability.
• Facilitate governance workflows for master data creation, change, and retirement.
• Ensure adherence to master data policies, naming standards, hierarchies, and reference data definitions.
• Collaborate with ERP functional teams to ensure master data supports business processes.
• Assist during ERP implementations, data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support reporting and analytics enablement for ERP and BI solutions.
• Document master data processes, roles, and controls.
• Act as liaison between business, IT, ERP, and BI teams on master data topics.
