Reily Foods Company is seeking a data management specialist at the Malden, MA plant to support new product introductions and daily production activities. You will maintain master data across systems and drive data integrity for ERP/MRP triggers.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage data flows, and implement process improvements in a fast‑paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in a data‑focused role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in a data‑focused role, operations support, or data entry.
• D365/ERP experience preferred; manufacturing experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update critical product information across systems to support new product introductions and daily production activities.
• Create and manage data flows and processes to ensure effective data integration within the organization.
• Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple high‑priority tasks and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement new business tools and processes while meeting critical deadlines.
• Steward master data set‑ups of new products and components in multiple systems ensuring data integrity and optimization of data workflows.
• Manage and process change requests related to master data.
• Assist in development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures affecting all master data.
• Align with cross‑functional teams to validate set‑up of all new products to trigger ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify, design, and plan projects to update data accuracy and integrity.
• Limited travel required.
