Job summary

Reily Foods Company is seeking a Master Data Specialist to maintain and update critical product information across systems, supporting new product introductions and daily production. You will steward data for new products, manage changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP/MRP readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in data-focused roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with D365 or similar ERP systems. Food manufacturing exposure is a plus; travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems is preferred.
• 2–3 years in a data-focused role, operations support, or data entry.
• Experience with D365 or similar ERP/MRP system preferred.
• Manufacturing experience, especially in the food industry, is a bonus.
• Strong ownership and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Steward master data set-ups of new products in multiple systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Manage and process change requests related to master data.
• Assist in development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures.
• Align with cross-functional teams to validate new product setups triggering ERP/MRP.
• Identify, design, and plan projects to improve data accuracy/integrity.
• Limited travel required.
