Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a Master Data professional to create, maintain, and govern master data across multiple business units, ensuring ERP accuracy and data integrity. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to support master data processes.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing data roles or a related degree, strong attention to detail, and expertise with Deacom or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related role in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined data maintenance
• Experience with ERP systems (Deacom or similar) and advanced Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF, SUMIFS)

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and govern master data records across multiple business units
• Support customer, vendor, pricing, item, and BOM master data processes
• Monitor and support NIRF process; track requests and maintain documentation
• Perform master data audits and ensure data governance standards
• Manage data requests, ERP testing after updates, maintain system tables
• Develop and maintain SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives related to master data management
