Job summary

WM B REILY & COMPANY INC is seeking a Master Data Specialist in Knoxville to maintain critical product information across systems, supporting new product introductions and daily production activities for Reily Foods.

You will design data flows, collaborate across functions, steward master data for new products, manage change requests, and help ensure ERP/MRP readiness. A 2–3 year data-focused background and a degree are preferred, with D365 experience and manufacturing exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a data-focused role, operations support, or data entry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience with D365 or similar ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; food-industry experience is a bonus.
• Background in purchasing or production planning beneficial.
• Strong sense of ownership and collaboration across teams.
