Job summary

The Plant Company in Stuarts Draft, Virginia, is seeking a Master Data Specialist to create, update, and verify ERP records for accuracy and completeness, supporting our growing business.

You will investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrections with Operations, Production, Finance, Sales and Purchasing, and maintain SOPs and documentation while helping with data cleanup, system upgrades, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when entering, updating, and reviewing large volumes of data.
• Experience with ERP master data and how accurate records support business operations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and ask questions when information is unclear.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Smartsheet preferred.
• Experience creating process documentation or supporting system and workflow changes.

Responsibilities

Work is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to greenhouse and production areas. Extended hours may be needed during peak periods.
