Job summary

The Plant Company is seeking an analytical, hands-on leader to manage our Inventory Replenishment Analysts and improve how we plan and order inventory for Home Depot. You’ll work with store- and SKU-level data, coach the team, and build rolling 3–4 week forecasts to ensure on-time availability.

In this role you’ll drive replenishment decisions under VMI and PBS programs, align with Sales, Operations and Transportation, and seek continuous improvements in reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in inventory management, replenishment, demand planning, or production planning.
• Strong VMI and PBS experience with store- and SKU-level replenishment decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/inventory systems.
• Ability to analyze large retail data sets and adjust ordering across a complex product mix.

• Lead and develop Inventory Replenishment Analysts; set priorities and coach on decisions.
• Analyze Home Depot sales and inventory; write accurate replenishment orders by store/SKU.
• Build rolling 3–4 week forecasts and reconcile with demand and supply.

The Plant Company (TPC) is looking for an analytical, hands-on leader to manage our Inventory Replenishment Analysts and improve how we plan and order inventory for The Home Depot.You’ll work directly with large amounts of store- and SKU-level data, identify opportunities and problems, and lead the team responsible for writing replenishment orders. Under our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Pay-by-Scan (PBS) programs, TPC carries the inventory risk. Your team’s decisions about what to order, how much, and when directly affect sales, waste, and profitability.What You’ll DoAnalyze Home Depot sales and inventory data and lead accurate, timely replenishment orders by store and SKU.Coach and develop analysts, set priorities, review ordering decisions, and work alongside the team to solve complex problems.Maintain a rolling 3–4-week forecast, continually comparing production and product availability with customer demand.Build base-, best-, and worst-case plans for promotions, seasonal programs, and special events.Connect Home Depot Sales, Operations, and Transportation to align orders, availability, and deliveries.
