BETA Technologies, Inc. seeks a Master Data Implementation Specialist to help define the future of flight and bring radical aircraft to production. You will work with a cross-functional team to drive change management within ERP systems and PLM for aerospace manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes data integrity, lifecycle management, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to meet aggressive production goals and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing with an engineering degree or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with PLM systems (SmarTeam, 3DX, Siemens) and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
• Understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and ability to extract details from engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate review of new engineering design for aircraft systems.
• Analyze engineering drawings and releases to address errors during engineering release cycle in PLM.
• Assist in coordination of product lifecycle management from ideation to change implementation within ERP systems.
• Assist in defining scope and creation of documentation pertaining to change management and implementation.
• Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capability.
