Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Master Data (Manager, Manufacturing Engineering) to lead the team responsible for ERP master data governance, quality, and strategic usage across the organization. The role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Program Management, Contracts, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity and standardized processes.

The position focuses on establishing governance, reporting, and documentation to improve data quality and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, ERP/MRP, Master Data, or related functions.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate, influence, and lead across levels and teams.
• Change agent who can drive process improvements with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Master Data team and sets priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Oversees governance, accuracy, and integrity of ERP master data and related planning data.
• Supports integration of master data with ERP/MRP, Demand Planning, and SIOP processes.
• Leads PMMO-related material grouping governance and standard work development.
• Oversees sales order data governance and controls for ERP systems.
