Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Manager, Master Data to lead a team responsible for ERP master data accuracy, governance, and strategic use across the organization. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and IT to ensure data integrity and standardized processes that improve business execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical discipline; equivalent combo of education/experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, Inventory Management, ERP/MRP, Master Data, or related functions.
• Strong leadership with ability to communicate, influence, and lead across multiple levels and teams.
• Change agent who can transform the organization and maintain engagement.
• Leads process improvement initiatives with little direction.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to the Master Data team, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Develops, coaches, and evaluates team members to support performance and engagement.
• Establishes standard processes, controls, reporting, and documentation for execution and compliance.
• Governs domain data including BOMs, routings, customer and vendor data across sites.
• Oversees governance of ERP master data, planning data, and data quality reviews.
• Partners with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, IT and others to resolve data issues and improve processes.
• Drives dashboards, metrics, and reports to monitor data quality and process effectiveness.
