Job summary

Patterson-UTI is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for Master Data Management in Houston. You will govern and improve master data within the ERP landscape, establish policies, and coordinate with data stewards, IT, and business process owners to ensure data quality and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include driving ERP MDM transformation, enabling end-to-end data processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives while leveraging automation and analytics to improve data accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with data governance/analysis focus.
• 10+ years in SAP MDG, ERP master data and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical champion for ERP MDM transformation.
• Support end-to-end MDM processes and global initiatives aligning with audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support leadership decision-making.
• Define comprehensive end-to-end technical process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for MDM processes.
