Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Data Supervisor to lead a Master Data Analyst team in Wixom, MI. This role oversees material, customer, and vendor data in SAP, driving accuracy and governance across departments.

The Supervisor will develop best practices, train non-technical stakeholders, and work with PLM, Forecasting, and Project Management to strengthen data stewardship and operational excellence. Hybrid work model in Michigan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics and/or database management.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience and/or experience coaching, mentoring, or training others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytical Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate systems, and assess program performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Master Data Analysts, fostering accountability and data integrity.
• Oversee SAP Master Data workflows, ensuring data changes, validation, pre-activation, and full material activation.
• Direct analysis and resolution of complex data issues, identifying root causes, driving cross-functional solutions.
• Establish and govern SAP data standards, including training materials and cross-functional education on data submission practices.
• Drive data quality initiatives, including cleansing and periodic reviews to prevent conflicts.
• Ensure master data processes comply with regulatory requirements, controls, audits, and change management.
• Collaborate with PLM, Forecasting, and Project Management leadership to support operational excellence.
• Evaluate workflows (SharePoint and SAP routing) for improvements and scalable solutions.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
