All Surfaces Inc. is seeking a Master Data Specialist to maintain customer and product records across ERP, PIM, and e-commerce systems. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, adherence to data standards, and timely processing of requests in a hybrid on-site/remote capable environment.

You will partner with multiple departments to ensure complete data, apply governance policies, and monitor data quality metrics. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data, data entry, ERP or data management roles.
• Proficiency with Excel including formulas, lookups, data validation.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred in business, information systems or related field.
• Experience in B2B distribution or multi-location environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and deactivate master data records across ERP and PIM.
• Ensure data quality by auditing for missing or inconsistent information.
• Follow data governance policies and approvals, with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Product, and IT to obtain complete data.
• Monitor queues, prioritize work, and meet processing deadlines.
• Assist with reporting on data requests, turnaround time, and accuracy.
