Korpack in Bloomingdale, IL seeks an experienced Master Data Specialist to act as the data gatekeeper for items, BOMs, routings, and more within our ERP (Acumatica). You will ensure accuracy, drive data integrity, and align master data with downstream automations and BI efforts.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes data ownership, auditability, and collaboration with the IS team to support a technology-driven packaging operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning master data in a manufacturing ERP environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of downstream data dependency and impact.
• MRP and replenishment parameter fluency and judgment to set from real demand.

Responsibilities

• Sole authority for item and record creation in ERP (Acumatica a plus).
• Ensure correct records enter the system and educate others on data importance.
• Set MRP and replenishment parameters from real demand and vendor performance.
• Audit data, identify downstream damage, and lock the gate to prevent incomplete records.
• Collaborate with BI/Automation teams to support AI-driven validation checks.
