Job summary

Ken’s Foods seeks a Master Data Specialist I to maintain and govern master data in Syndigo MDM, focusing on BOMs, Finished Goods, and Co-Pack items. You will collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Procurement to ensure data accuracy, reflect changes downstream, and participate in data governance initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to enterprise data

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Must have strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in Syndigo MDM.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance compliance across domains.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement and other teams.
• Maintain BOM data and reflect changes in downstream systems.
• Support data governance initiatives and data quality metrics.
