Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in master data maintenance within a supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Experience performing master data creation and mass updates directly in at least one major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle/NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Ability to learn additional systems quickly and work across multiple platforms.
• Working knowledge of at least two of the four data domains: material/item master, vendor master, customer master, BOMs/routings.
• IA skills and Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning at scale); experience with data upload/import templates and validation.
• High attention to detail with a documented track record of accuracy in high-volume data work.
• Ability to write clear process documentation and communicate data standards to non‑technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, extend, and deactivate master data records across all ERP and connected systems.
• Execute mass data updates and migrations using system tools and data‑loading utilities; validate results.
• Ensure cross‑system consistency and synchronize dependent systems after changes.
• Process master data change requests within defined SLAs, verifying completeness and approvals.
