Job summary

Vallourec is seeking a Master Data Analyst to support warehouse implementation and governance of stock part number nomenclature. This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Sourcing to establish standards for stock control by part number and related business processes.

You will manage master data and key data, ensuring data quality and documentation of processes with data owners. You will drive data strategy, align with IT, and monitor inventory using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Management.
• 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in an industrial setting.
• Ability to create, implement, and facilitate independent project work.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated skills in data administration, design, and architecture.
• Detail-oriented mindset and adaptable to changing conditions.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with SAP; PR/PO process, goods/services description, and part number nomenclature is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support operations by creating, monitoring, and analyzing master data and key data.
• Ensure quality of master data in key systems and document processes with data owners.
• Define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs for accurate, secure enterprise data.
• Align master data rules with business and IT requirements.
• Maintain material master, including creation and description changes, min/max updates.
• Perform SAP transactions to remove obsolete items and manage disposal.
• Monitor inventory levels and run monthly Power BI reviews by MRP area.
