Qualifications

• Two (2) years' experience as a line cook in a high-volume outlet.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster a team environment.
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work for line cooks.
• Cook dishes under supervision of the Room Chef and Sous Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure health standards.
