Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is hiring a Commercial Tyre Technician for roadside and depot work across the UK. You will fit and repair tyres for cars, vans, trucks and industrial vehicles, delivering excellent customer service and accurate paperwork.

This mobile role provides a comprehensive benefits package with an uncapped bonus scheme and strong career opportunities within the Halfords group.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Possess a full, current driving licence.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside & in depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

• £40,000 - £60,000 OTE (comprising of salary, bonus, overtime & callout rates)
• Uncapped bonus scheme, including Overtime & Call-out rates
• Mobile role – Van, Tools & PPE provided
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00, Saturday 08.00 – 12.00
