Acts Construction is seeking a Master Carpenter / Foreman to oversee core construction activities across projects. Responsibilities include demolition, framing, cabinetry, drywall, trim, window/door installation, and siding work, with proficiency in hand and power tools.

The role may lead team members to ensure safety and high-quality results. The ideal candidate brings substantial carpentry experience, blueprint literacy, and knowledge of codes and OSHA standards, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship preferred.
• 7–10 years' experience in construction or maintenance.
• Knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic construction tasks: demolition, framing, drywall, trim, windows/doors, siding.
• Operate hand and power tools; may lead a project team to ensure safety and quality.
