Responsibilities cover drywall, painting, decks and flooring, with cabinet design and remodeling as less frequent duties. Drywall experience is required (cutting, installing, patching, mudding, sanding and painting).

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead or Master Carpenter.
• Drywall experience is required: cutting, installing, patching, mudding, sanding, and painting to a finished surface.
• Hands-on experience with painting, deck building, and flooring installation.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools: saws, routers, measuring instruments, and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs without constant supervision or a helper.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce quality work efficiently.
• Good verbal communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drywall: cut, install, patch, mud, sand, and paint to a finished surface.
• Painting: interior residential painting to professional quality standards.
• Deck building and repair.
• Floor installation: luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, laminate, and tile.
• Door installation: hanging doors, adding fixtures, handles, locks, hinges, and hardware.
• Routine service ticket work, completed without needed supervision.
• Cabinet design and installation.
• Shelving and fitted furniture installation.
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
• General carpentry repairs as assigned.
